These Terms govern access to Mostajer, a SiyadaTech product for individual landlords in Saudi Arabia that reconciles Ejar-related payment evidence with bank-transfer evidence.

Service Description

Mostajer identifies likely payment matches. A case closes under the individual landlord's standing authorization only when the shared autonomy policy returns an explicit eligible decision; any blocker keeps it open for review. Mostajer may prepare optional communications and review tax eligibility, but the demo does not create tax invoices.

Demo Status

The public pre-pilot preview uses synthetic data, creates no real user accounts, and accepts no uploads. It is provided for presentation and evaluation only; public availability is not evidence of App Store or legal approval. It must not be used as a production financial, legal, tax, or accounting system.

User Responsibilities

• You must have the right to upload, connect, or process any rental, tenant, bank, tax, message, or document information you provide.
• You are responsible for configuring standing authorization, reviewing exceptions, and verifying sensitive follow-up actions.
• You must not upload unlawful, harmful, or unnecessary sensitive information.
• You must keep account credentials confidential if production accounts are enabled.

No Professional Advice

Mostajer may organize payment evidence and review tax status, but it does not provide legal, tax, accounting, banking, or financial advice. Exempt residential rent produces no tax invoice. An unknown or taxable case remains blocked until VAT registration, supply classification, and a compliant e-invoicing provider are verified.

Third-Party and Official Platform Disclaimer

Mostajer is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by REGA, Ejar, Aqari, ZATCA, or any bank. Names and references are used only to identify external systems in the reconciliation workflow.

Apple App Store

If Mostajer is later distributed through the Apple App Store, Apple may provide a standard end-user license agreement unless a custom license is configured in App Store Connect. These draft Terms require review before they supplement that agreement or are published externally.

Acceptable Use

• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or bypass security controls.
• Do not use the service to misrepresent payment status or create fraudulent documents.
• Do not submit real personal or financial information into demo environments unless explicitly authorized by SiyadaTech.

Availability and Changes

The pre-pilot preview may change, pause, or reset. Production service availability, support levels, and data retention may be governed by a separate customer agreement.
