Demo Notes

The public pre-pilot preview is designed for review and presentation by individual landlords. It uses synthetic Ejar and bank-message samples, accepts no uploads, and does not require a real login, tenant, contract, bank, SMS, or official Ejar account. Do not send real data through the preview or by support email.

Expected Response Time

During pre-pilot review, support is handled by email without a guaranteed service level. Account deletion or data export requests for any future production account may require identity verification before completion.
